Rates are as follows:
$140 per 50 minute individual session
$150 per 50 minute family therapy session

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full cost of the session.

I’m Shirley Collins-Clark, licensed in the state of Texas as a Master Social Worker and Chemical Dependency Counselor, as well as certified as a Christian Counselor and Anger Resolution Therapist. I consider myself to be serendipitous, and am passionate about helping others find their hidden treasures within as they explore solutions to dismantle the stigma of mental health and substance use disorders. My primary goal is to help individuals and their families sustain a salubrious lifestyle and wellbeing in every area mind, body, and soul amid complex circumstances.
Approach and Experience
I have served as Director of Clinical Innovation and Strategy, and Program Director of Substance Use Disorder/Medication Assisted Treatment programs within local behavioral health and community health institutions. I have more than 15 years of experience as a license addiction counselor working in both in-patient and out-patient settings; and certified as a Christian Counselor and an Anger Management Resolution Therapist. In addition to my clinical expertise, I have served as an advocate for mental health and substance use disorder in various positions within the Texas State Legislature.
I see clients 15+, and specialize in complex trauma, substance use, everyday life stress and adjustments, and most mental health diagnosis.
I value a holistic therapeutic approach that is safe and tailored specifically to individual and family needs. Healing is a collaborative effort, my focus is to promote resilience through use of an evidenced-based integrated care system model, and integration of an effective mixture of therapeutic interventions to include:
